Overview
Custom power distribution module replacing the fuse/relay box on our FSAE car. Infineon BTS7004 PROFET high-side switches with per-channel current sensing (INA228 + Kelvin shunt), temperature monitoring, and full CAN bus control.
Design highlights
- Star ground topology with separated power/signal domains
- Buck converter rail design (TPS562200) with proper layout for low ripple
- Reverse polarity protection via P-channel FET
- Designed in Altium with a DBC-first CAN architecture
